Gain a solid foundation and establish sound technique. Through practice on actual projects, this six-lesson course focuses on the following concepts: ​ Machine knowledge, Threading and Tension, Straight stitch, Zig-zag, Curves, Pivoting, Pressing, Seam Allowance, Fabric Knowledge, Top-stitching, Casing/Basic Hems. Intro students will create a Final Project of their choice during the last two sessions. Materials for this project are provided by the student. Project ideas can be discussed with the instructor during the first two sessions. ​ Tuition is $180/private ($240/two-person) and includes a customized instruction booklet plus daily project materials. The introductory course is a great opportunity to explore a new hobby. Students who want to continue learning register for Weekly Lessons next. HOW TO BOOK THIS COURSE: 1. Register for a Weekly Lesson time of your choice. 2. Email me as soon as you register and let me know this is intended as an Introductory Course. I will make the necessary changes in the registration system. 3. Payment is due at or before the first session. Take this course with a friend for $240. Enter both names on one registration and I will send you an adjusted invoice.
