Service Description

Learn to use a commercial pattern! We will be making a basic stretch knit shirt (choose your sleeve length and neck variation) Skills we'll practice: measuring for pattern size and fit; adjusting a pattern for custom fit; working with 4-way stretch knits; changing machine needle; stretch stitches; neck binding All materials provided*. It is best to sew on the machine you'll use at home, but studio machines are available upon request. *Pattern included to keep for future use. Fabric choices will be available, however you are welcome to bring your own. Watch for more details prior to camp. **Projects listed are planned but not guaranteed. Each group of campers is unique. We will take the time needed for participants to troubleshoot, learn and comprehend as they create. Please note: A minimum of 3 students is required to hold this session. If the minimum is not met 10 days before camp you will be given the option to change camps or receive a refund. A $25 deposit is required to hold your spot. This deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days prior to camp, with emailed notice of withdrawal. The balance is due on or before the first day of camp. Save 10% by registering for and 3+ camps (includes sibling sign-ups).
