Service Description

Create something new from existing items! Projects include** a bag made from blue jeans, cut-off and embellished shorts from your own pair of jeans, candy wrapper zipper pouch (see photos for some examples) Skills we'll practice: working with denim and vinyl, inserting a zipper, adding trim, topstitching, seam ripping, linings You provide your own jeans for cut-offs (something that fits you well in the waist/hip). All other project materials are provided. It is best to sew on the machine you'll use at home, but studio machines are available upon request. **Projects listed are planned but not guaranteed. Each group of campers is unique. We will take the time needed for participants to troubleshoot, learn and comprehend as they create. Please note: A minimum of 3 students is required to hold this session. If the minimum is not met 10 days before camp you will be given the option to change camps or receive a refund. A $25 deposit is required to hold your spot. This deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days prior to camp, with emailed notice of withdrawal. The balance is due on or before the first day of camp. Save 10% by registering for and 3+ camps (includes sibling sign-ups).
