This is a physical kit which contains all materials for working through the course: A detailed instruction manual with full-color photos and glossary of basic terms; fabric swatches for 5 "Practice It" exercises; all materials to create one Stretchy Headband and an Owl Plushie; BONUS sewing supplies (Kai fabric shears, ballpoint straight pins, ballpoint machine needle, handsewing needle).
