Advanced Beginner 3 builds on the basics, introducing you to these foundational concepts:

- introduction to stretch knits
This is a physical kit which contains all materials for working through the course: A detailed instruction manual with full-color photos and glossary of basic terms; fabric swatches for 5 "Practice It" exercises; all materials to create a Stretchy Twist Headband, a blue SPORT Headband, and an Owl Plushie; BONUS sewing supplies (Kai fabric shears, ballpoint straight pins, ballpoint machine needle, handsewing needle).
